The Nissan GT-R has not been seen in the 2012 HW lineup, so we go back to 2011 for this one. From the Nightburnerz subset, the GT-R in black normally sported J5 wheels, and as far as I know, if you bought on the card, that is what you got.
That was until HWC vari guru 1.eyed.jack reported finding one with 10-spoke wheels in a 10-pack. As I am a complete sucker for sports car wheel variations, Jack and I went to town on a trade. Fast forward a few months, and Jack had an AMX wheel vari in his possession, and I had the GT-R. I still regularly run across 10-packs with the black GT-R, but have not seen the variation. There could very well be a few out there, so look at your local store's 10-packs carefully.
And I will say, she looks mighty good in 10-spoke shoes:
