Another Hot Wheels model making its way to the pegs soon, this time the Cadillac CTS-V.
I am a big fan of the CTS, and have enjoyed the CTS-V by Hot Wheels, as well as the wagon and coupe by Matchbox, so I am glad to see a new version of the CTS-V anytime.
Before I get on with the pics, this model is slated to be an FTE2 model this year:
But it jumped the gun a bit my appearing in Target 20-packs with Y5 wheels. This is not a new thing, as almost every FTE2 model this year has appeared in multipacks with alternative wheels. Normally it would be chrome versions of the FTE wheels, but this year Mattel has been a bit more creative, using 10sp, J5, and Y5 wheels along with chrome trap5 wheels. Wheel variation geeks like me lap that up...
So, the FTE2 version will be here soon, and we will preview it. In the meantime, enjoy this orangesicle CTS...
