You may have noticed that the Lamley Group is almost all about cars, whether it be of the sports, import, muscle, classic, obscure, or racing/rally variety. I know there are many fans of hot rods and the like, but there won't be much of that action here. Mainly because I just don't collect them and don't have the models to photograph.
But as is the case in all things, there are exceptions. Here is one very good-looking exception, the RLC Selections Blown Delivery in magnificent spectraflame blue.
The Blown Delivery has been a Hot Wheels superstar ever since its release as an RLC car a couple of years ago. As it is not a type of casting I collect, I didn't pay much attention to it. That is until I saw the selections in spectraflame blue. Yes, many would argue that the red looks just as good, but I prefer the blue. And what puts it over the top for me are the Real Rider GT wheels. I absolutely love those wheels and they look so good on the BD.
I try to get one example of castings like this. I have the FE Chevy Panel as well as the Reese's Panel, and need to find a Custom Convoy I like to add as well. I wanted one BD, and as far as I am concerned, it cannot look any better than this one, so I got one, and opened it. Ah, the joy...
