As is the Custom: My faves for the week ending February 23, 2013...

Our Custom of the Week may be one of the simplest to date.  Rusty Gold on HWC Malaysia did this one, just switching out the wheels and adding some surf boards.  We could not be more excited for the master customizers to get their hands on this model, but we will start here.
